CQC - Inspection Reports

All Care Homes are inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Magnolia House Care Home before the present management took over suffered from lack of TLC. However since we took over in September 2009 we have undertaken a total revamp and upgrading programme to bring the care home up to the standard of the other homes in our group which consistently achieves the highest rating. The quality of care is continuously monitored and residents and relatives are invited to participate in reviews and ongoing discussions to ensure that the well-being, dignity and comfort of all residents are maintained.

An ongoing programme of staff training is implemented to ensure that high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in care practices and as prescribed by legislation. For the resident and their relatives, it is of prime importance to know that they are in safe hands.
